Hi, I'm Brittnee Sewell
I am a registered psychologist and founder of the feel good project, a psychology practice based in Castle Hill, NSW.

I support adolescents, young people and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, emotion regulation challenges, trauma and life transitions.

Through in-person appointments in Castle Hill and online across Australia, I provide a warm, compassionate and down-to-earth space where you can feel safe, supported, heard and understood. My approach is grounded in connection, collaboration and creating an environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

I'm so glad you are here and I look forward to connecting with you.

How Can We Help?
Helping you understand worry, panic, overwhelm and the patterns keeping you stuck.

A safe space to gently process past experiences, explore how they may be impacting you now and begin to build a sense of safety, choice and connection.
Support to navigate boundaries, conflict, patterns in relationships and transitions.

Support to explore how you see yourself, quiet self-criticism and build a more compassionate and grounded sense of self.
A space to explore disconnection, heaviness, motivation loss and emotional exhaustion.

Practical and reflective support for feeling stretched, depleted or overwhelmed.
Compassionate support as you navigate grief, loss and adjustment.

Support to guide you through times of change and uncertainty - helping you move forward with clarity, confidence and self-trust.
Therapy with us at the feel good project is about having a space where you can slow down, feel supported and gently make sense of what you're experiencing. We work alongside individuals navigating a range of emotional, relational and life challenges.
