Meet Brittnee Sewell
Psychologist in Castle Hill
Hi, my name is Brittnee Sewell and I am a Psychologist at the feel good project. I provide warm, thoughtful, and evidence-based support to adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and other emotional difficulties. ​ My approach is grounded in creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I value helping my clients to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who they want to be.
